At The T Shop, my priorities are simple:
To craft supremely satisfying baked goods with only the best natural ingredients.
Hi, I’m Talia.
I’m a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts’ Professional Chef’s and Professional Pastry Programs and have worked in the food industry for over a decade.
I’ve cooked for families as a private chef and worked in a boutique chocolatier, an Italian fusion restaurant, and a French café. All these experiences have fed into my love for cooking and baking (yes, I do love them both equally), which I’m excited to share with you.
The T Shop is a result of many experiments with my favorite weekend desserts and pastries.
Of course, developing recipes is one thing, and starting a business is quite another.
The T Shop almost got its start back in early 2020. My first step was to apply for a Residential Kitchen certification…and then Covid happened.
Fast forward five years, past other jobs, other opportunities, and crazy life in general, and The T Shop dream is ready to launch. I’m excited to be officially in the kitchen, baking for you.
For those with dietary needs or preferences, I offer gluten-free and dairy-free options.
